Bilingual Inventory Cycle Clerk – Lebanon, IN

Pro Resources is seeking a Bilingual Inventory Cycle Clerk for a growing warehouse operation in Lebanon, IN. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity on 1st shift, offering a consistent Monday‑Friday schedule with overtime available as needed.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM
Overtime: available as needed
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system
• Track inventory throughout receiving, storage, and shipping
• Assist with inventory audits and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Work closely with warehouse and supply chain teams to improve inventory accuracy
• Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Maintain organized inventory documentation and reports

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, or cycle counting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Steel‑toe boots required
