Shipping & Receiving Clerk III

Location:

Lebanon, IN - 475 S. Mt. Zion Road, Lebanon, IN 46052

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday – Friday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Starting pay: $25.85 per hour

• Coordinate domestic and international shipping requirements
• Order filling, processing, storing, and picking of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies
• Operate automated packaging equipment, paint line operation, shipping, and receiving
• Interact with multiple systems
• Validate accuracy of receipts against supplier packing lists
• Identify expedited parts
• Prioritize receipts based on receiving schedules
• Resolve discrepancies by working with accounts payable and material coordinators in supply chain
• Interact with carriers
• Schedule outbound loads
• Coordinate with logistics and external carriers to set up expedited shipments
• Ensure accurate counts are recorded before any movement into or out of finished‑goods inventory
• Count, weigh, and record the number of units moved or handled on daily production sheets
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or mark information on cases, bales, or other containers
• Operate electric hoist, reach trucks, sit‑down forklifts, and overhead cranes to load or move materials and products
• Develop and maintain an accident‑free workplace culture
• Develop and maintain an ongoing housekeeping excellence culture

• Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or order filling environment
• Knowledge of parts systems, procedures, and operation
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Computer‑literate
• Good attendance record
• Ability to maintain complete and accurate records
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Good written and verbal communication skills
