Pro Resources is seeking aBilingual Inventory Cycle Clerk for a temporary position in Lebanon, IN. This is opportunity on 1st shift, offering a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with overtime available as needed.

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime as needed

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system
• Track inventory throughout receiving, storage, and shipping
• Assist with inventory audits and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Work closely with warehouse and supply chain teams to improve inventory accuracy
• Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Maintain organized inventory documentation and reports

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, or cycle counting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Qualified candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Steel-toe shoes required
