Job DescriptionHanson Elementary is seeking a data-driven and student-focused Title I Educational Technician to provide targeted academic support. Unlike a general classroom assistant, your primary focus is Intervention. You will work with small groups of students who have been identified as needing extra help to reach grade-level proficiency in Reading and Mathematics.
Your goal is to "close the gap" by delivering research-based strategies that build confidence and core academic skills.
