. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm
. Pay will depend on experience.

What you’ll do
  • Provide high-level customer service to new and existing applicants and clients at all times
  • Answer telephones and either direct call to appropriate person or assist the caller with their needs; takes and retrieves messages
  • Takes daily call ins and corresponds with the client on who is absent that day
  • Contact online applicants by phone, text and/or email and instruct applicants through application process
  • Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to company, fax numbers, company website and other related information
  • Manages reception area to maintain a professional image
  • Greet and assist applicants through the application process. Ensure all paperwork is complete prior to interview with Staffing Specialist
  • Process associates in administering drug screens, testing and client correspondence
  • Constant communication with new and active associates including new hire process and paperwork as well as scheduling of prescreening appointments
  • Update associate information such as tax forms, address and phone number and employment status (active or inactive)
  • Maintain confidential records and files
  • Perform other related duties as required

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to enter data efficiently, timely, and correctly in order to meet deadlines
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently or as a team player
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner while working in a busy office with constant interruptions
  • Ability to contend with a wide variety of people on various issues
