Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Welder-B to perform MIG or TIG aluminum welding on anodized or mill-stock aluminum. After training, you will weld to standards, inspect your work, and maintain attendance on the assembly line with teamwork.
You will position parts, modify for fit, and inspect for defects within takt time while performing other duties as assigned. The role requires basic shop math and safety awareness; strong reliability is essential.
