Role Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness of team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards and values.

• Administers direct patient care based on nursing assessments and plans.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintains compliance with licensing, certification, and continuing education requirements.
• Performs physical duties including lifting, standing, walking, and flexible movements required for patient care.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Valid RN license for the state or jurisdiction.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional unit-specific certifications may be needed.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform demanding tasks.
