Hourly Wage: $15 – $28 per hour

Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Front end checkout associates operate registers, greeting customers, ringing up items, processing payments, and maintaining a positive attitude. They must always be ready to help with customer questions and may need to stand for long periods.
