Oversees the operational activities for the Geisel School of Medicine’s clinical curriculum for MD students, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the educational program and creating a supportive learning environment for students to achieve the curriculum requirements and prepare for residency. Works closely with counterparts across Geisel and external institutional partners to continually review processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and allocate resources to achieve these goals.

Education:

Bachelors plus 6 or more years' experience or combination of education and experience

• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with students, staff, faculty, administrators, and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Initiative and judgment in managing sensitive issues.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and to disseminate relevant information.
• Ability to assist others with priority setting.
• Ability to assess and redistribute priorities when a higher priority task comes up.

• Master’s degree in relevant field.
• 7-9 years relevant work experience in medical education, administration, curriculum development and/or learning pedagogy.
• Familiarity with Dartmouth financial and HR systems and procedures.
