Position Purpose

Oversees the operational activities for the Geisel School of Medicine’s clinical curriculum for MD students, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the educational program and creating a supportive learning environment for students to achieve the curriculum requirements and prepare for residency. Works closely with counterparts across Geisel and external institutional partners to continually review processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and allocate resources to achieve these goals.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in relevant field.
7-9 years relevant work experience in medical education, administration, curriculum development and/or learning pedagogy.
Familiarity with Dartmouth financial and HR systems and procedures.
