Position: Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room (ER) (Nights) Lebanon NH
TRAVELER MUST HAVE THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION FOR THIS NEED! THIS IS A RURAL AREA WITH NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR TRAVELER WILL NOT REQUEST SHIFT ACCOMMODATIONS DURING INTERVIEW. TRAVELER MUST BE ABLE TO WORK POSTED SCHEDULE AS NEEDED.
COVID VACCINATION strongly encouraged for the contract. Exemption forms provided upon request which will be reviewed by the Occ Board for next steps.

"Local" travelers - who reside within 50 miles of facility, will not be considered for this need, but are welcome to apply for a perm position. Thank you!

APD sees more than 90,000 patients a year. Their Emergency Department provides diagnostic and treatment services for patients presenting with a wide range of injuries and illnesses. With a goal to have all patients who come to the ED seen within 30 minutes of their triage, APD's staff of physicians and nurses provides fast, accessible, professional, and compassionate care for the residents of the Upper Valley.

Provides direct nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Room with acute/primary care and emergent medical needs using the nursing process; assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care needs

• Must be able to recognize and establish priorities
• Must be able to set objectives and goals for work assignments and patient care delivery
• Maintains competency in using medical equipment
• Complies with hospital, nursing department, and unit policies and procedure

Patient population: Pediatric through Geriatric
# of beds in unit: 6
RN to patient ratio: 1:3
EMR: EPIC
Dress code: any color scrubs

Non-Billable Orientation: 8hrs
OT, Holiday Multipliers: 1.25%

Requirement description :

• SHIFT ACCOMMODATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED (Block scheduling, etc)

• EPIC emr experience - required
• 2+ years of ED experience - Required
• Recent travel experience (at least 6 mos) - Required
• TNCC - Highly Preferred
