Hypertherm Associates is a 100% associate‑owned global manufacturer seeking a Technical Service Engineer to support customers and channel partners with advanced industrial cutting solutions.
Responsibilities- Support Hypertherm products for customers through in‑house or on‑site troubleshooting, consultation, or repair to enable system integration and identification of root cause issues.
- Deliver technical product training to customers covering usage, maintenance, and optimization of Hypertherm products.
- Provide individualized account support to facilitate resolution of account service or application issues and develop long‑term service partnerships with target channel partner and end‑user accounts.
- Accurately document all key work activities, building a technical problem‑solving knowledge library.
- Mentor others through on‑the‑job training, product, and process knowledge to foster short‑term capability development.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline with 5+ years of experience with industrial cutting equipment (plasma, waterjet, laser, oxyfuel) in a technical service or related field.
- High level of self‑drive and excitement in learning new technologies.
- Strong desire to excel in a customer‑facing environment.
- Expertise in automation, drives and motors, networking/IT, industrial programming and CNC machine code, or applications engineering.
Onsite – Lebanon, NH; up to 40% travel.

SalaryBase pay range: $59,697.00 – $99,494.00 per year (variable based on experience, skills, education, and other factors).
