The role serves a high‑energy community with 160 apartment homes in Lebanon, NH.

Work schedule:

three days on‑site in Arlington and two days per week rotating to other properties in our portfolio.

• Showing care and concern for residents through excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
• Resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Preparing vacant apartments for move‑in through turn‑over repairs and improvements.
• Preserving community safety through general upkeep and cleanliness, snow removal and ground maintenance.
• Providing residents with outstanding customer service.
• Working weekends or evenings and being on call for after‑hour emergencies.
• Operating with OSHA standards and company safety policies.

• Experience in maintenance preferred and/or 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on‑call rotation.
• Personal, reliable transportation to get to work and to respond to on‑call emergencies.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps and computer programs.
