Production Associate

Production Assembler, Lebanon, NH

Pay Rate: $20.50/hour

Schedule – M-Th 6:25am – 3:55pm / e/o Fri 6:25am-2:55pm

The Production Assembler helps build quality products by following instructions, using hand tools, and supporting daily production activities.

• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures.
• Use basic measuring tools and equipment.
• Perform assembly and soldering tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment problems or product defects.
• Assist with troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Support Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Order supplies and assist with production needs.
• Assemble and install electronic and mechanical components.
• Apply coatings and assist with painting processes when required.

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
