Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) – Float Team. Full‑time position. Compensation includes $3,000 bonus eligible and a 10% premium differential for all hours worked upon successful completion of orientation.
The LNA Float Team functions as an integral member of the care delivery team by providing direct and indirect patient care under the direction of an RN and within the scope of practice of a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA). Responsibilities include assisting patients with activities of daily living, providing personal care and emotional support, and performing more complex clinical skills under RN direction.

- Involve patients/families in goal setting and planning, and communicate the plan of care to patients and families and to colleagues for seamless care across shifts and settings.
- Demonstrate accountability for continued professional growth and development.
- Demonstrate accountability for own role in smooth operations of the unit.
- Recognize and manage rapidly changing situations.
- Utilize current evidence and relevant national/specialty standards to guide practice.
- Identify areas for improvement.
- Demonstrate competent clinical practice utilizing clinical decision making and critical thinking skills.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
- Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment. ACLS preferred.
