Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. The RN assesses patient needs, develops and implements nursing care plans, administers medications, and monitors patient progress.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Monitor patient health, record symptoms, and document medical information accurately
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Assist in diagnostic tests and analyze results
Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-treatment care
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care when necessary
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred for certain departments)
Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience (preferred, may vary by facility)
Skills and Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Strong organizational and time-management skills
