About the Position

Shift Information

Shift:  12‑Hour Rotating (Days/Nights)

Shift Options:  12‑Hour PM–AM or 12‑Hour AM–PM

Actual Shift Length:  11.5 hours

Meal Break:  30‑minute unpaid

On‑Call:  Not required

Resposibility :

Provide care to high‑acuity MICU patients (trauma, surgical, neuro, sepsis, multi‑organ failure)

Monitor and interpret advanced hemodynamics

Manage ventilated patients and assist with airway needs

Administer and titrate pressors, inotropes, and other vasoactive drips

Assist with central line insertion and manage complex lines/tubes/drains

Manage ICP devices including EVDs, lumbar drains, and bolts

Requirements

Required Skills & Clinical Experience

Strong  critical care  background

Advanced  hemodynamic monitoring

ICP monitoring  (SICU/NCCU)

Management of  mechanically ventilated patients

Administration/titration of  pressors, inotropes, vasoactive infusions

Assistance with  central line insertion  and routine maintenance

Management of  post‑surgical lines/tubes/drains

Experience with :

Ventriculostomies

Lumbar drains

Bolts

External ventricular drains (EVDs)

PA lines  & waveform interpretation (CVCC competency)

Required License & Certification

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License

ICU/Critical Care competency expected
