About the Position

Responsibilities

Provide high‑acuity nursing care to  Neuro Critical Care Unit (NCCU)  patients.

Float to  Surgical ICU (SICU)  and other critical care units as needed.

Perform  advanced hemodynamic monitoring .

Manage  ICP monitoring  in NCCU and SICU.

Care for  ventilated patients .

Administer  pressors, inotropes, and other vasoactive medications .

Assist with  line insertion  and maintain central lines, arterial lines, and other access devices.

Manage multiple  post‑surgical lines, tubes, and drains .

Provide care for  ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, and EVDs .

Interpret and manage  PA lines and waveforms  (CVCC patients).

Deliver safe, evidence‑based critical care nursing aligned with unit protocols.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for critically ill patients.

Required Experience / Skills (Critical Care)

Advanced hemodynamic monitoring

ICP monitoring (SICU/NCCU)

Ventilated patients

Pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications

Assisting with line insertion and maintenance

Managing lines, tubes, and drains for post‑surgical patients

Ventriculostomies, Lumbar Drains, Bolts, EVD

PA lines and waveform interpretation (CVCC)
