Role: Unit Manager/Director - RN responsible for coordinating and overseeing nursing care within an assigned unit to ensure high-quality patient/resident outcomes and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Lead and direct nursing operations, ensuring care delivery aligns with organizational mission, policies, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, performance assessment, and disciplinary actions.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
Leadership in clinical operations, staff management, regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative healthcare environment.
