Registered Nurse, RN

Lebanon Center in Lebanon, NH seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will deliver and coordinate clinical care for short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care residents, including assessments, medication administration, treatment implementation, and detailed documentation. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support CNAs, educate residents and families, and uphold safety and infection-control standards.
