Travel RN - Neonatal ICU

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Intensive Care Nursery (NICU) position requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience and a day/night rotating schedule within a full-service Children's Hospital.

Requirements

• Active NH or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of NICU/ICN experience required
• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required
• 2 manager references required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Intensive Care Nursery (ICN) within a Children's Hospital-within-a-hospital, offering full children's hospital services
• 30-bed unit with an average daily census (ADC) of 22-24 patients
• Day/night rotating schedule, 36 hours per week
• Floating required to the Chad Inpatient Unit, which includes Pediatrics, Pedi Step Down, and PICU — skill-to-patient matching is prioritized when floating
• Travelers are not expected to attend deliveries
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
