Surgical Services Clinical Leader (RN)
OR | Central Sterile | PACU | Monday–Thursday, 7:00am - 4:30pm

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Surgical Services Clinical Leader, providing clinical guidance and leadership across Operating Room, Central Sterile, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit services.
This role is ideal for a perioperative nurse who enjoys combining hands‑on patient care with mentoring, staff development, quality improvement, and operational leadership. You will serve as a clinical resource for the team while helping create a positive environment focused on safety, collaboration, and exceptional patient outcomes.
Schedule and Pay- Full‑time
- Monday–Thursday
- 7:00am - 4:30pm
- Starting pay at $35/hour. Pay rate increases with experience
- Opportunity to participate in OR call rotation as assigned
- Lead and support multiple areas of Surgical Services
- Continue practicing clinically while mentoring others
- Help shape workflows, education, and quality initiatives
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, sterile processing staff, and leadership
- Make a meaningful impact within a close‑knit healthcare environment
- Serve as a clinical resource for OR, Central Sterile, and PACU teams
- Support staff onboarding, education, and professional development
- Assist with daily operations, staffing coordination, and patient flow
- Promote evidence‑based practice and quality improvement initiatives
- Support regulatory readiness and departmental goals
- Mentor team members and foster a positive culture of teamwork
- Participate in clinical care and perioperative operations
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- ACLS
- PALS
- Circulating, scrub, and PACU experience
- Experience mentoring or leading clinical teams
- CNOR certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Curriculum (TNCC)
