We offer full‑time Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) positions at Lebanon Center with 7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, and 11 pm–7 am shifts, a $3,000 sign‑on bonus, 25% more pay in lieu of benefits, and a range of benefits and compensation options.

• Assist patients and residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
• Report changes in patient and residents' condition and patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.

Posted salary range: $21.00‑$33.00 per hour. Bonus: $3,000.00.
