We are seeking passionate, highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a dynamic team at a premier Level 1 Trauma Center in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire. Roles available full-time or part-time with 40+ locations and 40,000+ annual cases.

As a CRNA, you will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with MDs, anesthetists, and surgical teams, and support continuous learning and professional growth.

• Collaborative team model in a supportive, friendly environment alongside MDs and fellow CRNAs
• Flexible scheduling with no night call and minimal weekend coverage
• Diverse case mix across 40+ locations, including Trauma, Neurosurgery, Cardiac, Pediatrics, Transplant, Orthopedics, and more
• Opportunities beyond the OR – live‑imaging surgical suites, endoscopy, pediatric pain‑free programs, interventional radiology, CT, MRI, radiation oncology, EP, and cath lab/structural heart procedures

• Starting salary of $259,400 with tiered increases based on experience
• New CRNA shift‑based model: 1680 minimum annual work hours yielding a generous 10 weeks off per year
• Loan repayment program – $50,000 over 4 years
• Sign‑on bonus offered
• Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance based on mileage
• Full reimbursement of licenses and certifications plus a biennial CME stipend

• New Hampshire RN and APRN License
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) from New Hampshire Board of Nursing
• Degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
