American Traveler is hiring an experienced Psychiatric RN for an inpatient adult unit on night shift, requiring experience with involuntary/higher acuity patients and Epic charting.
Requirements- Active RN license (NH or Compact) required
- BLS certification required
- AVADE/MOAB/CPI training mandatory
- Experience with IEA/involuntary status and higher acuity psychiatric patients required
- Restraint chair experience preferred
- Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required
- Inpatient Adult Psychiatric Unit setting
- Night shift schedule totaling 36 hours per week
- Patient ratios of 1:6-7
- Team approach to nursing care with a patient-centered focus
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Schedules typically released 4-6 weeks in advance
- Provide patient-centered nursing care within a collaborative team environment
- Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility to be considered
