Overview
Supervisor Clinical Nurse (RN)
Post Anesthesia Care Unit - PACU,
4x10's, (11am - 9pm Evening Shift)
Responsible for patient flow and overall day to day operations that impact the care unit or department. Provides direct oversight of care to support patient and staff needs. Serves as a role model and leader to uphold institutional priorities, policies and practices.
Responsibilities- Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
- 2 years of progressive responsibility within an acute care setting required.
- Specialty certification preferred.
- Must obtain and maintain clinical competencies within assigned unit.
- Excellent written, verbal and computer skills required.
- Demonstrated abilities with problem solving, leadership, communication, fiscal responsibility and teamwork.
- Ability to work effectively in groups of employees and with patients and patient families is essential.
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree of Nursing (BSN) at time of hire.
Licensure/Certification s
- Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) at hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire date.

- Pay Range: $98,800.00/Yr.
- $/Yr. (Based on 40 hours per week, otherwise pro rata) - FTE/Hours per pay period: 1.00 - 1.00 - 40 hrs/week
