We are hiring a Quality Inspector for our client in the Lebanon NH area. Are you looking for a career where quality matters and your work make a difference? Join our team as an In-Process Inspector and help ensure precision components meet the highest quality standards.

1st

Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Inspect components throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications.
• Perform in-process, receiving, and final inspections using a variety of gauges and measuring equipment.
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and inspection documents.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Set up basic inspection equipment and follow established sampling plans.
• Identify quality concerns and communicate them to the production team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with training team members as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Good math skills and the ability to learn new inspection techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions (preferred).
• Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience is a plus.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Good hand dexterity and near/far vision for inspecting components.

Pay $22.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience.
