Engages and provides assistance to Members by making recommendations and answering questions regarding meat, poultry, and seafood;
Prepares special cuts of meat ordered by Members;
Cuts, grinds, weighs, wraps, and labels meat, poultry, and seafood according to company standards;
Maintains meat department inventory and ensures cases are fully stocked; rotates items by expiration dates;
Cleans and sanitizes equipment and displays; receives and stores deliveries; performs other duties as needed
