Overview
The Project Manager - Research Associate in the Department of Neurology will support a robust clinical trials pipeline; interfacing with central research office entities to ensure timely and efficient activation processes, implement feasibility and budgeting processes at the department level, and support junior research coordinators on the team. This position will play an integral role in growing the department's clinical trial portfolio using data-driven methods to stabilize and prioritize the clinical trial pipeline.
Responsible for all stages and types of research department initiatives from proposal development and definition of requirements to project planning, activity and productivity reporting, project oversight, implementation and management thereof.
Responsibilities- Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in project management.
- Previous healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Strong analytical problem solving skills with demonstrated skills to define scope and analyze complex, cross-functional problems and processes.
- Basic knowledge in research evaluation design and descriptive statistics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, decision making and leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent writing skills and experience in scientific writing and presentations.
- Must be skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
