• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure quality work.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Complete projects on time and within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve high standards of workmanship.

• Willing to train new painters with zero experience
• Proven experience as a painter, preferably in residential and commercial settings.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus but not mandatory
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
