Construction Manager 5

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our growing team. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction management, particularly in heavy civil work and critical infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating construction activities to ensure project success.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.
• CCM, PMI, or PMP certification preferred.
• 10 years of construction experience, including 5 years focused on horizontal and heavy civil projects.
• Experience with Bluebeam and P6 software.
• Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting construction drawings (10 years of experience).
• Experience in managing project cost and schedule (10 years of experience).
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Experience with Bluebeam and P6 software.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
