** Pay Range:**  $87.03 - $93.73/hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Coordinate and oversee heavy civil and critical infrastructure construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

+ Review construction drawings, manage project costs and schedules, and ensure quality standards are met.

+ Collaborate with contractors, engineers, safety, environmental, and project stakeholders to drive successful project execution.

+ Identify project risks, provide solutions, and keep leadership informed while working independently.

+ Review contracts, cost estimates, and project documentation to ensure successful delivery.

** What's Needed?*
* + 10+ years of construction management experience, including heavy civil projects and Data Center/Critical Infrastructure experience.

+ Strong experience managing project cost, schedules, and reviewing/interpreting construction drawings.

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

+ Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and lead cross-functional teams.

+ PMP, PMI, or CCM certification is preferred.
