Dental Hygienist

Exciting opportunity! We’re seeking two positive and motivated hygienists to join our supportive teams—one at our Blue Ash practice and one at our Lebanon practice. Days include Monday through Thursday at Blue Ash and Tuesday through Friday l-time (4 days) is preferred for both positions, but we will consider part-time (3 days).

We are a growing, established, privately owned practice with a history of long-term staff. Both positions are long-term with opportunities to earn commissions, bonuses, and higher base pay. This is a great team and hours for an experienced hygienist or a new graduate hygienist to start their career in dentistry!

• Digital X-rays and charting
• 1 hr recall and 1.5 hr new patient appointments
• Cavitron
• A clear process for hygiene appointment flow and expectations for success
• Open Dental Software
• Clinical director of hygienists to help develop our team and provide a voice for new ideas and issue resolution
• Outsourced dental instrument sharpening

• Provide instruction for treatment and at-home care
• Periodontal and dental charting
• Taking digital X-rays and intra/extra-oral photos
• Maintaining and sterilizing dental instruments
• Keep supplies in the operatory stocked
• Build rapport with patients
• Work with patients to co-diagnose dental issues along with the dentist

• Candidates must have a current RDH license
• Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strict adherence to policies and regulations relating to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA
• Dental software experience, we use Open Dental (Dentrix/Open Dental/Eagle Soft, Dexis, MS Word, scanning documents)
• Desire to continually improve by learning new techniques, procedures, and processes.
• Team-oriented with an outgoing personality
