Bring your expertise and passion for supporting young learners to a rewarding contract opportunity in the Greater Cincinnati area as a School Psychologist. This full-time role, running from August 2026 through May 2027, places you at the heart of an elementary school (K-4), working directly with students, educators, and families. You'll play a crucial part in fostering academic, social, and emotional growth for a caseload of approximately 55 students focused on initial and reevaluation assessments.
Your workweek will include 35 to 37.5 hours, allowing for both meaningful school engagement and a healthy work-life balance. You will be well supported and collaborate with a dedicated team within a welcoming, student-focused environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid School Psychologist licensure, with credentials to work in Ohio
- Prior school-based experience preferred, ideally working with K-4 students
- Strong skills in conducting psycho educational assessments and writing reports
- Ability to provide consultation and intervention for students, staff, and families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete initial and reevaluation assessments for elementary students
- Develop data-driven recommendations in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Support the Response to Intervention (RTI) process and implement best practices for student success
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Engage in IEP meetings, collaborating with staff and advocating for students
