Job Overview
First Baptist New Lebanon in New Lebanon, Ohio seeks a passionate Discipleship & Student Pastor to create engaging and spiritually enriching environments for middle and high school students, support the church-wide discipleship pathway, and develop group leaders.
Responsibilities- Deliver biblically sound teachings.
- Nurture relationships with students.
- Train and mentor volunteers.
- Coordinate and lead worship and learning events.
- Integrate students into the church’s vision and discipleship pathway.
- Support church doctrine and align student ministry with church values.
- Excellent relational skills and ability to create engaging environments.
- Strong teaching and communication abilities.
- Experience or passion for working with students and community leaders.
- Dedication to biblical authority, gospel centrality, intentional discipleship, evangelism, and leadership development.
- Ability to engage both skeptics and believers to cultivate a vibrant student ministry.
