In this role, you will support students as they gain real‑world work experience through internships at local employer sites, helping them build confidence, develop workplace skills, and prepare for successful careers. You will provide hands‑on coaching, mentorship, and individualized guidance while partnering with employers to create meaningful employment opportunities. From supporting students during their job rotations to helping them secure competitive community employment, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve greater independence, inclusion, and long‑term success.

• Coach and encourage Project SEARCH participants as they build confidence, learn new job tasks, and develop the skills needed to succeed in real workplace settings.
• Provide individualized support during internships and job rotations, using creative coaching strategies, accommodations, and hands‑on guidance that help each participant grow toward greater independence.
• Partner with instructors, schools, host businesses, employers, and community organizations to create meaningful learning experiences and employment opportunities for participants.
• Help participants explore career interests through job shadows, informational interviews, resume support, interview preparation, applications, and community job search activities.
• Build strong relationships with employers, identify job opportunities, coordinate interviews, and support participants through the hiring and onboarding process.
