job description

part-time variable work schedule as scheduled on any day from sunday-saturday; schedule can include any shift in a 24 hours per day/7 days per week operation
what you'll do:
  • this position is a regulatory position.
  • work in a regulatory capacity and ensure the racino is following rules, regulations, laws and standard operating procedures.
  • ensure racino operations comply with all statutory and administrative provisions.
  • respond to incidents occurring on site, complete reports and maintain a compliance database for reports of suspicious activity, unusual incidents, and all other reportable incidents.
  • complete background investigations on racino employees.
  • facilitate the licensing process for racino gaming employees.
  • provide exceptional customer service to patrons and racino staff.
  • congratulate jackpot winners.
  • observe intercept process for winners and create intercept accounts.
  • assist patrons enroll in the time out ohio program and provide program information.
  • use surveillance equipment and ensure proper surveillance coverage of all video lottery terminals in the racino facility.
  • monitor the floor drop and ensure compliance with established procedure.
  • monitor all video lottery terminal floor moves and ensure compliance with established procedure.
  • receive incoming video lottery terminals and verify shipping security seals, serial numbers, description of the machines, and manufacturer name.
  • verify video lottery terminals to be removed and confirm manufacturer name and serial number.
  • work as a team player to assist the team in completing its goals and objectives.
  • learn to use lottery-specific software applications for daily job responsibilities.
  • work in a location that is open 24 hours per day/7 days per week.
  • perform other duties and work on special projects.

qualifications
