Psych Pros, Inc is recruiting for several temp-hire Residential Assistants in Warren County, OH. In this role, you will be working with incarcerated clients who have often been impacted by a substance use or behavioral health issues. Training will be provided. Prior experience working with clients with addictions or mental health issues preferred.
Pay Rate: $17.20–$19.00 per hour
Job duties- Job duties include assuring client safety, monitoring clients to assure compliance with stated rules and goals for healthier living, and modeling positive behavior.
- 1st (7 am-3 pm)
- 2nd Shift (3 pm-11 pm)
- 3rd Shift (11 pm-7 am)
- High school diploma or GED
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to successfully complete background check and drug screens
