Essential Skills & Responsibilities:

• Receive requisitions; analyze for quantity, specifications, and delivery requirements.
• Request pricing/quotes, negotiate contracts, place orders.
• Manage purchasing contracts, supplier stock, blanket orders, etc.
• Manage inventories of stock items
• Generate PO's and remain in contact with suppliers for on time delivery
• LEED Documentation experience a plus
• Construction Metals Industry a plus
• Support upper management, perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in purchasing/planning.
• Outstanding organizational, time management and follow up skills
• Skilled with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel etc.)
• Highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently
• Fabtrol or Computer Ease software a plus
• Able to handle multiple projects at once
• Strong communication skills
• Able to read blueprints
• Experience in construction accounting a plus.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
