The Inventory Control Coordinator supports the ERP system by creating and managing ordering systems, analyzing discrepancies, and managing other shipping and receiving requests. This individual interacts with Planning, Quality Control, R&D, Shipping and Receiving, Management, Purchasing, and external Customers and Auditors. Key competencies:
Analytical Skills, Communication & Presentation Skills, and Mathematical Skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Cycle Count in MES
Research all variance codes in association with inventory movements
Perform material checks in warehouse as needed
Communicate with Production, Logistics, and Quality on process improvement opportunities.
Maintain accuracy in relation to “work in process” locations
Process all Transfer Order Requests for R&D
Assist in the disposal and completion of QNs
Other duties in support of company objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Inventory experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in a shipping/receiving warehouse environment.
Flavor industry experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
