• Location: Lebanon, OH - Main Office & Operations Center (nightly)
• Status: Part-Time Hourly Non-Exempt
• Hours: Monday - Friday 5:00-10:00 p.m.

Purpose:

LCNB National Bank is seeking a part-time Custodian to join our Facilities Department. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment across bank facilities as part of a team. This role ensures all areas, including offices, common spaces, and meeting rooms, are properly cleaned and maintained to support a healthy and professional workplace.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces throughout bank facilities
• Clean and restock restrooms, including replenishing supplies
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure proper disposal
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs (e.g., plumbing, lighting, HVAC issues)
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
• Commercial cleaning experience (preferred)
• Prior custodial or janitorial experience (preferred)
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently
• Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Service-focused mindset

• Exposure to various cleaning chemicals *
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Frequent reaching and stooping; may occur throughout each shift
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds intermittently
• Pushing manual machinery (up to 30 pounds)
• This position requires working indoors and occasionally outdoors
• Gloves and masks provided
