As the RME Planner, you will develop maintenance plans and schedules using recurring preventive maintenance activities, predictive maintenance data, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Your work will include screening APM (Asset Performance Management) work orders, auditing equipment to document work requirements and quality, and estimating labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment for all assigned work orders to support a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) program.

You will collaborate directly with maintenance management, service technicians, and vendors to plan, coordinate, and schedule proactive maintenance activities during available downtime windows. You will also ensure that spare parts are ordered and maintained in stock for both planned and emergency repairs.

• Screen work orders and analyze scope requirements to schedule maintenance activities based on available resources, work criticality, and maintenance windows.
• Perform equipment audits to document job requirements, order spare parts for facility and material handling equipment, and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
• Plan reliability improvement projects and collect engineering drawings and technical specifications to maximize system efficiency and performance.
• Drive proactive maintenance programs that achieve 85% planned work targets while ensuring all activities derive from APM and are closed accurately in Amazon's maintenance virtuous cycle.
• Be able to move up to 49 lbs, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, climb ladders and gangways safely, and perform regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• At least 1 year of experience using a computer maintenance management system in planning, scheduling, and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities.
• Travel up to 15% of the time.

• At least 2 years of experience as a maintenance planner/scheduler working within an industrial maintenance complex, manufacturing/distribution industry, or similar setting.
• At least 4 years of experience with an enterprise asset management software suite.
• Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation, and maintenance.

The base salary range for this position is USD $29.00 - $39.00 hourly in Ohio, Lebanon. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
