Production Supervisor

FECON, LLC is a vegetation management equipment manufacturer located in Lebanon, Ohio near Kings Island Amusement Park. The General Labor position supports many different tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Completes break out of material from laser systems.
• Assist in warehouse to pull parts or put them away, as needed.
• Manages 5S housekeeping in the production area.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be reliable and willing to work as part of a team.
• Must also be quality and safety driven.
• Any warehouse skills and experience are a plus.
• Prior experience with 5S and Continuous Improvement is a plus; however, this will be trained.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Crane and forklift experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
• Most work performed standing at floor level.
