Production Operator

Job Description

We’re currently seeking a Production Operator, or what we like to call an Ink Technician, to join our team.

• Starting Pay: $22.00/hr (highly competitive)
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic, hands‑on environment with a strong team.

• Follow batch instructions to weigh batches, change and mix inks
• Understand proper mixing procedures and raw materials
• Mix batches of ink and make additions as directed
• Package finished product
• Operate a forklift

• Have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have basic math, communications and mechanical logic skills
• Multi‑task
