Location:

Lebanon, OH

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team in Lebanon, Ohio. This is a full‑time opportunity with competitive pay, career advancement opportunities, and a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule that provides every other weekend off.

Schedule
  • Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
  • 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
  • Monday‑Friday 8 hour shifts available
Job Summary

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining industrial machinery to ensure safe and efficient production. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing quality work while following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate production machinery
  • Perform routine machine inspections and preventative maintenance checks
  • Monitor equipment to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime
  • Calibrate and adjust machines as needed
  • Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report mechanical concerns
  • Load raw materials into machines and monitor production output
  • Maintain accurate production, quality, and downtime records
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, schematics, or technical manuals is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent attendance and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
