Production Operator 1st & 3rd Shift

Production Operator $21–$23/hr | 1st & 3rd Shift

$21.00–$23.00/hr | 1st & 3rd Shift (2-2-3 Rotation Schedule)

• Operate production equipment according to manufacturing instructions, SOPs, and quality standards
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and production efficiency
• Maintain accurate production documentation including lot numbers, material usage, yields, and quality records
• Utilize computer systems and equipment controls to track production and process data
• Store, handle, and label raw materials, finished goods, and supplies properly
• Perform equipment cleaning, sanitation procedures, and complete required logs
• Follow GMP standards, food safety regulations, and company procedures
• Participate in training, continuous improvement initiatives, and safety programs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work with computerized equipment and PLC/distributed control systems
• Basic knowledge of math, physics, and chemistry preferred
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Computer literacy required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

$21–$23/hr (Benefit Package Available)

1st Shift | 5:00am–3:30pm
3rd Shift | 5:00pm–5:30am
