Machine Mechanic (Adjuster) – Direct Hire

3rd shift – Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am (will train on 1st shift)

$25–$32/hr. + $1.50 shift diff

Our client is seeking a mechanically inclined Machine Mechanic to support production operations by troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing high‑speed manufacturing equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on problem‑solving, machine changeovers, and working in a fast‑paced production environment.

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers
• Diagnose machine jams, skips, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct preventive maintenance and lubrication tasks
• Read blueprints and technical documentation for parts identification
• Monitor product quality and machine performance
• Support safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with production teams to achieve operational goals

• 5 years combined previous industrial maintenance, machine operator, or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with machine setups, adjustments, and repairs preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
