Now hiring for a Production Operator
Location: Lebanon, OH
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour | Night Shift: 5 PM - 1:30 AM | Monday–Friday | Overtime as needed
Production Operator duties include operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring product quality, and helping deliver consistent results in a safe, fast-paced production environment. Machines operate only as you contribute to a reliable and efficient production workflow.
Responsibilities- Operate manufacturing equipment and assist with setup, adjustment, and changeovers as needed.
- Monitor product quality and production output to meet standards.
- Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and report issues promptly.
- Education
:
High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial. - Experience
:
Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment; ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation; strong mechanical aptitude; ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards; commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance. - Physical Capabilities
:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to safely operate equipment and wear required PPE.
