shift openings in Warren County for an ink manufacturing facility in Lebanon, OH.

• Follow batch instructions to weigh, charge, and mix ink materials accurately
• Operate mixers and related production equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor temperature, mix speeds, pump speeds, and mill rates, making adjustments as needed
• Follow procedures for milling, filtering, packaging, and labeling finished ink products
• Make quality control adjustments as instructed
• Weigh and handle raw materials used in ink production
• Package finished product according to production specifications
• Operate a forklift to move materials and finished products as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow batch instructions precisely
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements accurately
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to monitor production equipment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment

Compensation: $23+/hr (Benefit Package Available)

1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm
