- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure excellent resident outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and well-being
RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
- Current Ohio nursing license in good standing
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
